• Gold sheet jewellery should be handled carefully and is not equivalent to solid gold jewellery.

Return Value Policy

• Return value is applicable only for eligible products as decided by Viswa Designers.
• The original purchase bill is mandatory for any return or exchange.
• Return value can be claimed only after 6 months from the date of purchase.
• If the customer chooses cash return or gold return, the eligible return value will be 50% of the product value.
• If the customer chooses to exchange for another product, the eligible exchange value will be 60% of the product value.
• Exchange customers must select another product and pay any applicable balance amount if the new product value is higher.
• Return/exchange value depends on the condition of the product after inspection.
• Products with heavy scratches, dents, breakage, rough usage marks, chemical damage, or alterations may receive reduced value or may not be accepted.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or modified.
• Full payment must be completed before dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on customization and location.
