- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery items are non-cancellable.
Advance Payments
- Any advance amount paid for customized or special orders will be non-refundable.
- For regular products, eligible cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
Cancellation by the Business
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

- Pricing or technical errors
- Incomplete payment
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Unforeseen production issues
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund for the paid amount.
Wallet Refund Policy
- If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the customer’s website wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for future purchases, exchanges, or order adjustments within our business.
- Wallet refunds are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash unless approved by the business.
- The refunded wallet amount will reflect within 24–48 hours after cancellation approval.
