🔄 Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn jewellery
- Customized or remade jewellery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- The product will be inspected.
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers can choose a replacement product (subject to availability).
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Important Note
Goldsheet jewellery may experience slight color variation over time depending on usage, exposure to water/sweat, and body type. This is not considered a defect.
