- Local/Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Locations: 5–7 working days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

- Shipping charges may vary depending on order value and location.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable), so you can monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues

- Viswa Designers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
6. Damaged or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for claims
