Our products are made using goldsheet coating over a copper base.

All orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.

We aim to process and ship orders within the mentioned timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.

6. Returns & Claims

Customers must record a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Custom Orders

Customized or remade jewellery items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Intellectual Property
