6. Returns & Claims

Customers must record a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customized or remade jewellery items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the product manufacturing, customization, polishing, or dispatch process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery items are non-cancellable.

Advance Payments

Any advance amount paid for customized or special orders will be non-refundable.
For regular products, eligible cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

Cancellation by the Business

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing or technical errors
Incomplete payment
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
Unforeseen production issues

In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund for the paid amount.

Wallet Refund Policy
