    If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement  after verifying the issue and Replacements will be processed to your original products within 7-10 business days.

  2. Damaged Product
    If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photographs and vedio without cut and pause of the vedio of the damaged product for verification. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

  3. Quality Concerns
    For any concerns regarding the quality or craftsmanship of the product, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns for quality issues will only be accepted after a thorough evaluation by our quality assurance team.

Non-Returnable Items
